Cabernet Sauvignon

This rich gourmet vinegar has lingered in oak barrels for years while it underwent its transformation from wine to vinegar. It has a wonderful aroma and a lingering taste with ripe berry and caramel notes. Absolutely delicious when included in your favourite vinaigrette recipe, Prenzel's Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar also adds that "wow" factor to marinades, sauces, salsas and pickles!

Sauvignon Blanc

High quality Marlborough sauvignon blanc grapes are used to create this stunning vinegar with deeply layered flavours. Created using the time-honoured Orleans method of vinegar making, this gourmet vinegar has been worth the wait.
