Original Vinaigrette
You have been warned. This vinaigrette, a carefully blended emulsion of garlic, New Zealand cold-pressed avocado oil, rice bran oil and mustard is believed by many Prenzel customers to have addictive qualities. Created as a Kiwi adaptation from an old French family recipe, this vinaigrette is guaranteed to make even the most jaded lettuce leaf sit up and take an active interest. Citrus Vinaigrette
Fresh from the Prenzel kitchen, this vinaigrette takes the very essence of summer with a rich and vibrant blend of rice bran oil, lemon and lime flavours, native New Zealand honey, mustard and malt vinegar. Fresh and full-bodied, this vinaigrette works well with cheeses, pasta, smoked chicken and of course, any type of salad. This vinaigrette is part of the Prenzel Everyday Range
