    Either click on the forgotten password button on the login screen and a password will be sent to you by email. Alternatively if you are unable to collect your email please contact Prenzel Pantry direct and they can reset the password for you.

    Yes, they come in packs of 25. Order them through your price list

    Yes, they have to complete a few details to set up their account online, and must enter your NZ number. This is why it is really important to have your name on all catalogues, bottles etc.. so that they can remember who you are.

    As you join as a taster, you are given a password, which you can change under ‘create an account’ to one you are able to remember easily

  6. How do we enter the freight?
    By filling in the numbers in ‘Number of orders’ at the top of the order form.. The $3.50 freight will automatically be added.

  7. My password won’t work:
    a.Make sure your cookies are enabled. In the internet, go to ‘internet option’ .> privacy > sites > and type in www.prenzel.com, and tick ‘allow’ b. The password is case sensitive. Make sure you use the same case.

    Use the bank deposit card we give you, and enter your number. If you swipe your bank card at the bank your number will automatically be referenced on the payment. If you don't have a bank card use your first and last name as a reference.

  9. How do I change my order at any time before final confirmation of the order?
    You can return to the order form at any time before the actual confirmation of the order and payments by clicking on "enter and agent's order' on the left tool bar. However, you will lose this if you log out.

    No. Hosts now receive different gifts each catalogue period. For the current gift please ask HQ.

    They pay $3.50, as they become a normal customer

    Scroll right down to the bottom of the order form, where you will find : Free Schnapps for keeping booking and Free Rice Bran Oil for holding tasting and Free Tipsy Topping if they kept the original tasting date.

    Yes. Your commission is just reduced by that amount

    Yes. The physical order will, however, not be sent until the banking has been confirmed on our statement.
