Essential Flavours

A cost saving solution for the home chef, these essential flavours, designed for culinary and not for beverage use, are all at 40% abv, they are simple to use and retain their flavour during heating. They give more flavour and less liquid than standard spirits and are also highly cost-effective.

Brandy

This Essential Flavour can be used with considerable advantage to replace standard brandy in most recipes. It works particularly well in christmas cakes and puddings.

Grand Orange

An economical version of Grand Mariner, this orange based essential flavour has a wide range og uses particulary desserts but also with chicken, pork and duck.

Rum

An economical version of a New Zealand favourite, rum flavours are widely used in everyday cooking such as rum balls, rum pie, cakes and ice creams.
